A magical colour changing gin that transforms from blue to pink when quality tonics or lemonade is added.
A citrus forward gin, with notes of grapefruit and lemon, these are contrasted with juniper and cardamom to create a bold zesty gin which stands up to contemporary cocktails such as the Bramble or Garden Gin and Tonics.
The Cocktail
Black Bridge Bramble
Ingredients
- 50ml Black Bridge Blue Admiral Gin
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml crème de mure
- berries or lemon zest, to garnish
Method
- To a shaker add the gin, sugar and lemon juice
- Pour over Ice
- Drizzle with Crème de mure
