Delivery & Returns
Please note that the courier or delivery company may ask for photo ID to prove that you are over 18 due to the restrictions on alcohol sales, If no id is present or show when asked they have the right refuse delivery.
Accepted forms of Photo ID are as below:
- Current valid (signed) full EU Passport
- Current valid (signed) non EU Passport
- Current valid National ID card (non UK Nationals)
- Current Full UK Driving Licence
- Current UK / EU Photocard Driving Licence with Counterpart
- Current Firearms/Shotgun Certificate
- Current State Pension notification letter
- Current Benefits Agency letter
- Current years HMRC Tax Code Notification
- Current Blue Disabled Drivers Pass
- Identity Card by Electoral Office of Northern Ireland
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the seal unbroken & the label intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without a first acquiring an RMA number as it will be rejected and returned to sender. RMA number's are issued after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org & the refund is deemed acceptable by ourselves.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery if agreed by ourselves
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the product to check its condition matches that as described in your orgional support email.
If approved then your refund will be processed, credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet ( after 5 working days from acceptance of refund status), first contact your original method of payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com with your orgional order number, method of payment and approved RMA Number
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, this also includes end of line items or contracted distillation runs.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: AMDISTILLING, 69 cesars road, St Albans, AL4 8NR, United Kingdom ** RMA Number must be present on outside of shipped products or delivery will be refused**
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a traceable/track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or receive it in the condition that you sent it.
