Mangosteen and Cloudberry Gin
The second in our fantastic collection of limited release gins. Experimental Gin #2 features a wonderful combination of Asian botanicals such as Mangosteen and Cassia Bark. The Juicy, slightly sweet and sour fruit is then paired with a Finnish fruit more commonly seen in cooler climates, the Cloudberry! Containing very high levels of Vitamin C and benzoic acid, these little beauties are great in Jams, Preservatives and liqueurs.
Making just a few of these experimental gins has made them extremely sought after and only available for a limited time.
We would recommend a serve of Mediterranean tonic and a big slice of red grapefruit!! Enjoy...
