A magical colour changing gin that transforms from blue to pink when quality tonics or lemonade is added.

A citrus forward gin, with notes of grapefruit and lemon, these are contrasted with juniper and cardamom to create a bold zesty gin which stands up to contemporary cocktails such as the Bramble or Garden Gin and Tonics.

Our Serve
Our best seller is phenomenal in cocktails and add a real show stopper effect when it changes colour with the tonics or lemonades. We prefer the Blue Admiral with a lighter tonic to really showcase those floral and citrus notes.
